Terms & Conditions

This retailer incentive program (“Program”) is initiated by Paragon (“Company”) and executed by its authorised agency Buyerr for registered retailers participating in the Paragon Women’s Collection consumer promotion.

  1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and open only to retailers who successfully register on the Paragon Gold Circle App and complete the required KYC and onboarding process.
  2. Retailers must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Program.
  3. Registered retailers shall be eligible to receive a cashback of ₹10 per valid and successful consumer transaction, subject to verification and validation by the Company and/or Buyerr.
  4. Retailer cashback shall be calculated on a cumulative basis and disbursed weekly to the registered UPI ID as per the payout cycle communicated by the Company.
  5. Cashback shall not be credited for:
    • Invalid or duplicate consumer entries
    • Transactions linked to unverified or fraudulent activity
    • Incorrect retailer details or incomplete registration
    • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
  6. Cashback payouts are subject to successful system validation and may be delayed due to technical, operational, banking, or third-party issues.
  7. Retailer participation, incentives, and payouts under this Program are limited to transactions recorded during the Campaign period only.
  8. Any tax liability arising out of the retailer cashback, including TDS if applicable under prevailing laws, shall be borne by the retailer.
  9. The Company and Buyerr reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or recover any cashback paid in error or obtained through misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent means.
  10. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  11. The Company and Buyerr shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or failure arising out of network issues, app downtime, banking errors, third-party platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  12. Participation in the Program shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the retailer.
